For those seeking focused nutrition guidance, PhyQ offers convenient online nutrition consults. Virtual sessions are available in 1-hour or 30-minute formats. Book with Hailey on Zoom for nutrition counseling and get unbridled access to an RD to answer all of your nutrition, hydration or supplementation questions. This service also doubles as an intake for anyone interested in a coaching plan.
If you would like to book a 60-minute Zoom session before signing up for coaching to go through your intake, together; the cost of the consultation will be refunded to you. Anyone who books a 60 or 30-minute session will receive an after-visit summary with a typed account of what we went over, in addition to 10% off of my supplement dispensary, Fullscript.
